2. NATURE OF THE SITE
The Site offers digital-only Google Sheets templates sold as one-time purchases. It does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, and it does not operate on a subscription model.
3. HOSTING
The Site is built and hosted on the Shopify platform, provided by Shopify Inc. Technical hosting infrastructure, checkout, and payment processing are managed in part through Shopify's systems, independent of Craftsheets's own operations.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including the Craftsheets name, logo, template designs, formulas, graphics, and text, is the property of Craftsheets or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of this content outside the license terms described in our Terms of Service is prohibited.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 Craftsheets makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and available but does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftsheets is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, including non-excludable consumer guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law and applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, where applicable.
6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Site may reference or link to third-party services, including Google Sheets, which are governed by their own terms and are not controlled by Craftsheets. Craftsheets is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Legal Notice and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, such as Australia or Canada, apply and cannot be displaced by this clause.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
8.1 If you have a complaint or dispute, contact us first at support@craftsheets.store or +1 415-676-6445 so we can attempt to resolve it directly.
8.2 If you are an Australian consumer and are unable to resolve a dispute directly with us, you may be able to lodge a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your relevant state or territory consumer affairs office.
8.3 If you are a Canadian consumer and are unable to resolve a dispute directly with us, you may be able to lodge a complaint with your provincial or territorial consumer protection office, or with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada for privacy-related matters.
8.4 Craftsheets does not currently target the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom as a primary market. If that changes, this Legal Notice will be updated to include applicable EU/UK dispute resolution mechanisms, including the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
