1. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

1.1 Craftsheets, an individually operated business run by Amadeo Joseph Scalise-Gravagna, located at 9436 Kathlyn Dr, Saint Louis, MO 63134, United States ("Craftsheets," "we," "us," or "our"), sells digital-only Google Sheets templates. Although this policy is titled "Shipping Policy" to match standard store navigation, nothing sold through craftsheets.store (the "Site") is shipped, packaged, couriered, or physically delivered in any way. This policy explains how access to your purchase is delivered instead.

2. WHAT YOU RECEIVE

2.1 Your purchase grants electronic access to the specific Google Sheets template you bought, delivered as a link you use to make your own copy of the file in your Google account. No files are shipped to a physical address, and nothing is mailed to you.

3. HOW ACCESS IS DELIVERED

3.1 Access is delivered instantly by email. Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout containing your order confirmation and a link to access and copy your purchased template.

3.2 In the rare event that the confirmation and access email is delayed, check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still have not received access within a reasonable time, contact support@craftsheets.store with your order details and we will resolve the issue promptly.

4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

4.1 To access and use a purchased template, you need a device with an internet connection, a modern web browser, and a free Google account to make your own copy of the file in Google Sheets.

5. ACCESS DURATION

5.1 Because each purchase is a one-time transaction, your access to the specific template file you purchased does not expire and is not tied to any ongoing subscription.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

6.1 If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased template, such as a broken link or missing access after a successful payment, contact us immediately at support@craftsheets.store or +1 415-676-6445 and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. NO PHYSICAL RETURNS OR RETURN SHIPPING

7.1 Because there is no physical product, there is no return shipping process, no packaging to send back, and no courier or tracking involved at any stage of your relationship with Craftsheets.
